The next of my meals that would've looked so much better were they not photographed with an iPhone 4, was this Forks Over Knives recipe of vegan cerviche. It was good, but halfway through cooking I realised that my bottled lime juice had gone bad. I had some limes in the fridge, so just squeezed the juice from them instead. It tasted great, but my teeth were hurting for about a week afterwards.
