One of my goals when looking for new recipes, was not only finding things that were healthy and vegan, and that didn't take hours of my day to make, but also to make things that could serve me for two or three meals. If I reheat for dinner what I had for lunch, then I'm saving time twice, which was exactly what this stressful term needed, and making a batch of 'No Tuna Salad' and a loaf of bread would serve me for two or three meals.
